H.I.S roots dating back to 1964 when Dan Hayes formed Industrial Structures, Inc. in Michigan.

Dan’s foreman, William “Bill” Crocker came to Hawaii in 2006 to head up Industrial Structure Inc. meeting the growing metal building industry in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In 2009, Dan Hayes retired and Bill Crocker took over the company’s Hawaiian office, founding Hawaii Industrial Structures, Inc.

The ICC Group acquired H.I.S in November 2017 to further the company’s steady growth by utilizing ICC’s proven tools and approach to successful project execution. ICC will also broaden H.I.S’ offerings to include buildings for process oriented industries.

Bill Crocker remains actively involved in the supervision, erection, and finish work of all of H.I.S.’ construction projects.
